“We had the micromailer for about two months. We bought it for a specific application and in that time period, have put over 2 million pieces through it, with another 2 million to go before the end of the year. We are consistently getting 25,000 pieces per hour off, and, in perfect conditions, have increased the speed to between 33,000 and 35,000 an hour. We would not to produce this work in house without the micromailer and it will actually pay for itself in the first 6 months we have the machine. We have found your service and response times to be excellent. In fact, we had an issue just this weekend, and even on a Saturday, our guys were able to talk to a technician, diagnose what had happened and get us back up and running in no time at all. Right now, as of two months in, we could not be happier with the machine”
